The DS 500 Mobile is a intelligent device for data logger and display solution. The high resolution 7” graphic display allows an easy operation where details are much sharper shown compared to many of the smaller low resolution displays.
The USB port works as a slave in combination with a PC, but also as a master when recorded data has to be transferred to a USB stick. It’s versatility in regards of sensor inputs makes it a perfect solution for most measurement tasks.
The sensors are easily configurable and connectable and are, depending on the sensor type, automatically identified by the system. On the colour display with a touch function, all the measured values, measured curves, and limit value exceedances are indicated. Curve traces can be moved and zoomed with a simple finger movement.
Up to 12 sensors or 96 Modbus signals, incl. all CS sensors (flow, dew point, pressure, current, KTY, PT100, PT1000) are identify automatically by DS 500. Optional analogue sensors (0/4...20mA, 0...1/10/30 V, pulse) can be configured easily and quickly. Digital sensors can be connected via RS 485, Mod- bus RTU and SDI.
Real Time Measured Values
All measured values can be seen at a glance. Threshold exceeding are indicated in red colour. A “measuring site name“ can be allocated to each sensor.

This display replaces the former evaluation of ordinary paper chart recorders and offers lots of advantages. The time axis can be moved by a finger slide.
Additionally to the measurement curves the real time value is indicated as well.
Adjustable Alarm Relays
Each one of the four alarm relays can be allocated individually to a connected sensor. The alarm thresholds and the hysteresis can be freely adjusted.
New: It is possible to set an alarm delay for each alarm relay so that the relay is only triggered after that period of time.
