High Pressure Air Membrane Dryer

High Pressure Air Membrane Dryer

Compact, reliable, without electricity needed

The High Pressure Dryers are designed to be used in critical applications where clean-dry-air is essential for continuous operations.

The High Pressure Dryers are encased in a 316L stainless steel shell with 1-inch JIC flare fittings to connect into your system. The High Pressure Dryers are routinely used between stages of multi-stage compressors to remove moisture before the final compression step. They are capable of handling very high pressures up to 1200 psi (82 Barg) to address some of the most demanding air supply requirements.

Features & Benefits

  • Proven air technology with consistent and predictable performance
  • Compact and lightweight, easy to install and low installation cost
  • Low purge air consumption
  • Protection for high performance membrane dryer (with air intake filters - coalescing and activated carbon filter)
  • No moving parts, maintenance free
  • No electricity supply required
  • 24/7 Attendance free operation
  • No desiccant to change
  • Explosion proof

Application

The high pressure membrane dryers are manufactured with durability and performance in mind. They use no electricity, making them ideal for use in remote applications, compressor stations, or shipboard installations. Built from high-performance stainless steel, The high-pressure dryers withstand the most grueling environments.

  • Low Dew Point Instrument Air
  • Leak test
  • Precision Pneumatic Instrumentation
  • Laser cutting
  • Process Controls

How it’s work?

The principle is simple, but very effective. As air at high-pressure flows along the outside of the membrane fibers, water is removed by selective permeation. Dry air exits at the opposite end. For optimum performance, a user-adjustable portion of the dried air is injected as a purge stream.
